This cookshop is designed for selling vietnamese summer rolls on the street, at festivals or outdoor parties. It includes all specific needs to prepare and sell them. Welded steel profils build the frame for a drawer system made out of aleppo pine. The cookshop can be carried by one person and fits into escalators and the subway. There is one preparing and one selling area, so two persons can work simultaneously. In addition a tent and 25 little stools create an enviroment, where people can sit and eat. T
The stool is inspired by the little red plastic stools often used in Vietnam to take seat at lunch time. The stool can be used as a side table, too.
